Summer Camps at the Gardens
Summer Camps at Tucson Botanical Gardens
Summer Camps at Tucson Botanical Gardens are the perfect way to ward of that “between-the-school-year funk”. Through songs, stories, games, crafts, science projects, and garden exploration, kids will develop a basic understanding of the intricacies of plant life, as well as a renewed admiration for the wonder of our desert habitat. Each camp will also feature a special presentation by one of the Gardens’ many knowledgeable volunteers or docents.
The Gardens is pleased to offer a season of five-day camps filled to the brim with instruction, activities and games designed to immerse school-age visitors in a world of plants. Whether curious about gardening or passionate about botany, children of each grade level will enjoy all five and a half acres of the Gardens as a backdrop for exciting summer discovery.
