Rental includes 693 sq. ft. in the historic Porter Home, which has wood floors, beamed ceilings, decorative fireplace and a lovely glassed-in porch. Adjoining Porter Hall is the Alice Holsclaw Reception Garden / Patio.

The outdoor patio is surrounded by trees, a water feature and a vine covered gazebo. Perfect for weddings, formal events or catered parties.

The Gardens supplies 70 chairs, 4 six-foot tables and 4 eight-foot tables. An adjoining kitchen is available for use by the caterer of your choice.

Changing areas available for wedding parties for $200, must be reserved at time of booking rental.

Daytime available on Sundays only (up to 50 people max) $800
Evening – 3:30pm – 10:30pm- (up to 120 people max) $1,500

Corporate Rates
Daytime – 8:30 am – 4:30pm – (up to 50 people max) $600
Evening – 3:30pm – 10:30pm- $1,200
