Café Botanica is run by long time Tucson caterer and Gallery of Food owner, Kristine Jensen. The menu is inspired by the culinary traditions of the Sonoran desert and high-desert of Northern New Mexico. Kristine and her team are committed to using local, sustainable ingredients and gleaning from the Gardens when possible. Admission to Cafe
Welcome from Cafe Botanica! Garden guests and members are invited to stop by and enjoy our delicious and seasonal offerings. As a reminder, guests dining at Cafe Botanica must pay Gardens admission or be a current member of the Tucson Botanical Gardens. Our current zoning permits require the cafe to be used for “secondary purposes.” We hope to see you soon!

Cafe Botanica Celebrates Frida Kahlo!
Chef Kristine Jensen has created a new menu inspired by Frida Kahlo’s home in Mexico City. This menu offers a sampling of traditional flavors and a fresh approach to recipes that Frida herself prepared in her own kitchen.
Dishes include: Tortitas, Mole, Corn Pudding and Escabeche.
